How do I access the bond center?

Good news for bond pilot participants! Now you can access the Bond Center directly through the new E*TRADE site. Just log on to www.etrade.com, choose the Trading tab, and click the Bond Center link. Note: this service is available only on the new E*TRADE site.

How do I Search E*Trade's bond offerings?

Use the Search function. Go to E*Trade's Bond Center and click on the tab that says "Search current bond offerings." Fill out the fields in the Quick Search form for a list of bonds that fit your requirements. You can also use the Advanced Search option to further define your search criteria.

Does E*Trade Act as principal?

E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley may act as principal or agent on any fixed-income transaction. When acting as principal, we will add a markup to any purchase, and subtract a markdown from every sale. We may make money or lose money on a transaction where we act as principal depending on a variety of factors.
